Order by post

For those who wish to pay by cheque or are unsure about ordering online, by all means fill out a form (see below), enclosing payment and, of course, your disk full of images. Our online ordering system is completely secure (it uses Worldpay to make the transaction, an established internet bank).

Order forms are in Adobe PDF format - a type of file that can be printed from any computer. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have it, it's a small download, easy to install and totally free. Download it.

When you have completed the form, have the disk and payment ready, send it to Contrado Imaging Ltd, 756 Harrow Road, London, NW10 5LE

Dropping in
If you are in london and would like to drop things round, that's fine. Bear in mind that Contrado is an online company and not a shop, so please call us on 020 8960 4567 in order to arrange a time.

Your disk and images

Sending a disk
Name each image file where you would like them in the book: EG page 1.jpg.
Try to do this: if we have 40 files called img0089.jpg, franksmom.jpg and so forth, it gets very confusing and with confusion comes mistakes! So, please number all files according to their position in the book.

Scanned photos
Please contact us if you would like us to scan in photos, as it can be a painstaking process and may attract a surcharge.

Production

Once your photo has been prepared and successfully printed, we start workshop production. All the items are made by hand by trained professionals with years of experience.

Every single item starts of life as raw material, flat fabric, and a pattern in our workshop, or plain uncovered book blocks.

All our products are made here in London. We make them here because we want to be able to see and monitor the production and turn them around as quickly as possible. Most products are made in 5-14 days but often we're faster.
